A New Website for Racing Tragics!

Fin Powrie has been a racing administrator for more than 30 years and has worked in several fascinating countries over that time. Now back in Australia, Fin has decided to share his experiences and give an insight into some issues and questions that the average racing enthusiast has little opportunity to explore.
