Rare Footage of the Great NASRULLAH

It's almost impossible to find a pedigree that doesn't carry at least a couple of lines to Nasrullah, not only famous for his prepotent influence on the breed, but also for his volatile temperament and electric presence. He is the sire of such breed influences as Bold Ruler (sire of Secretariat), Never Bend (sire of Mill Reef and Riverman), Nashua (damsire of Mr. Prospector and Roberto) and Grey Sovereign (sire of Zeddaan). Here is some wonderful 1950 footage, sent to me by Michael Power in Kentucky, of the 12 year old Nasrullah arriving in Kentucky by train and then on to Claiborne Farm by truck. He died and was buried there nine years later.
